Supplier Operations Analyst

       THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

      The Supplier Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing strategies to    improve supply chain performance with our brand partners.  Utilizing supply chain data m    metrics they will support brand partners on key initiatives.  This position reports to the         supppplier Operations Manager.

Y     YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Provides guidance and support to our brand partners to improve supply chain performance.
• Effectively communicates the process and procedures of the Supply Chain Guide to our brand partners.
• Manages the Supplier Operations email in-box and responds to all questions and concerns in a timely manner. 
• Supports the functional requirements of business process including: documenting internal processes; reviewing and implementing changes in best practices; identify opportunities to streamline current process and remove waste.
• Assists the Supplier Operations Manager to help identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Helps identify the root cause for receiving issues.  Assists the Senior Supplier Operations Analyst in resolving issues. 
• Provides support to cross functional teams.
• Supports the new brand partner on-boarding process.
• Maintains and supports a positive and collaborative relationship with internal and external partners

THE ESSENTIAS FOR SUCCESS:

• 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably within retail industry or supply chain
• BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and communication skills
• Detailed oriented; able to multi-task and prioritize; motivated self-starter
• Ability to build relationships at various levels
• Job/Office location will be in Bolingbrook, IL
• Typical office environment – 90%
• Travel – 10% (Stores, Meetings, DCs, Conferences, Training)
• Ability to walk and stand while observing for extended periods
