THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
This position is responsible for the collection, accurate processing, and maintenance of data integrity across multiple payroll-related systems. The role ensures proper controls are in place and supports audit processes for all payroll transactions. Additionally, this position provides ongoing payroll customer service to current and former employees, as well as field and corporate management, through both verbal and written communication within a collaborative team environment.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
- Process payroll for multiple pay groups on weekly and bi-weekly schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Execute system interfaces across UKG, SAP ECP, and ADP platforms
- Batch, validate, and enter payroll data for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple systems
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve interface discrepancies and system errors
- Reconcile payroll data across UKG, SAP ECP, and ADP in compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Generate and analyze audit reports to ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Maintain and update payroll process documentation to support consistency, efficiency, and business continuity
- Track payroll activity and produce ad hoc reports using ADP Reporting tools as requested
- Process off-cycle and special payments in accordance with established guidelines
- Respond to payroll inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and professional issue resolution
- Collaborate with employees, management, and cross-functional payroll team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of enhanced workflows
- Provide support across payroll functional areas to ensure team effectiveness
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
The pay range for this position is $26.40 - $34.13 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
