THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
Inventory Specialists champion inventory accuracy through cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving. The inventory control team is committed to facilitating operational excellence by supporting stores through coaching and providing actionable insights to field and corporate leadership.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
- Accurate and timely reconciliation of physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments performed at the store level
- Point of contact for the stores, District Managers and Loss Prevention on issues regarding shrink
- Maintain proper internal controls throughout the reconciliation process
- Support the IC team by collaborating with your team to ensure consistent store coverage
- Support our store partners by performing coaching opportunities
- Meet KPI targets and period close deadlines
- Conduct research and analyze initial results as necessary when reconciling physical inventories or daily cycle counts and inventory adjustments, to optimize inventory accuracy
- Assist with resolving store and DC inventory issues
- Prepare various other reports as required by management
- Participate in various projects related to inventory control
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
- Associates degree from a two-year college
- 2-4 years prior inventory reconciliation experience or related retail experience
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Previous SAP experience a plus

The pay range for this position is $20.87 - $25.69 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
