THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The eCommerce Sampling Specialist is responsible for supporting our robust digital sampling program partnering closely with the eCommerce Merchandising Analyst. This role will assist in managing the day-to-day processes for our digital sampling programs including close collaboration with Merchandising, eCommerce Category Managers, DC, Supply Chain and more. This role will support SKU creation, DC replacement identification, completing site & email wireframes, proofing marketing assets and more. The eCommerce Sampling Specialist will also collaborate closely with Merch Coordinators and Inventory Analyst Admins to ensure sampling POs are issued and goods are receipted on time to minimize any last-minute changes with our sampling programs.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and communicate any outstanding sampling information to Merch Coordinators including SKU, value and image
• Communicates candidate calendar & approval reminders weekly
• Assist in creation of master SKUs for select digital sampling campaigns and communicates back to Merchants and Category Managers
• Assist in inputting sampling program details into marketing wireframes for site, email, push/SMS
• QA/proof relevant site, email, push/SMS marketing assets in Workfront, staging and email proofs ensuring accurate buy-in, value, piece count and images
• Assist in creating sampling program promo requests in JIRA as needed
• Collaborate with Merch Coordinators and Inventory Analyst Admins to ensure POs from brands are receipted on time, mitigating downstream changes to our sampling programs
• Support DC build communication requests as needed
• Manage DC replacements in partnership with eCommerce Merchandising Analyst
• Assists in identification of parent/child SKU relationships to support Member Analytics and Adobe reporting
• Assist in vendor process for beauty bags, supporting communications, managing timelines and sample requests

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders including Merchants, eComm Category Managers, DC, Supply Chain and external bag vendors.

• Continuous Improvement: Ideate and bring process improvement ideas to the table ensuring the eCommerce Sampling team is able to focus on priority needs.

Competitive Insights: Continuously look at sampling trends across competitors, ensuring we continue to evolve and maintain our best-in-class program

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Beauty enthusiast with knowledge and/or experience with cosmetics/beauty products
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred
• Skills in Adobe Analytics and Photoshop preferred
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
• Outstanding communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things done
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently

 

The pay range for this position is $54,900.00 - $65,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
