THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE
The Credit Card Marketing Specialist will support the ongoing growth of the Ulta Beauty Rewards Credit Card program. The objectives of the program are to drive sales, increase guest loyalty, and to boost company earnings. This individual will be accountable for tactical marketing consisting of both digital and print campaigns including managing creative assets, partnering with the loyalty team for campaign offer set ups, managing to campaign deployment timelines, and tracking audience segmentation. Additional responsibilities include campaign calendar management, processing marketing fund invoices for reimbursement, and owning the process with Bread Financials’ content operations marketing disclosure management.
This individual will need to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders and with our external bank partner. Experience in campaign management, organizational, communication and relationship-building skills are a must. We are looking for an individual that can manage multiple marketing campaign timelines simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in credit card marketing, private label and/or co-brand, is a plus.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
· Execute the credit marketing campaigns to support new account, sales, and profitability goals.
· Prioritize and ensure campaign deliverables meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
· Partner with internal creative and production teams to design, produce, and execute impactful marketing communications on-time and with accuracy. In addition, delivers clear guidance, recommendations, and direction of determined modifications needed to mitigate risk exposure and bring materials to a final, consumer-ready state.
· Collaborate extensively with our external bank partner to manage the credit marketing calendar, help execute marketing campaigns, drive co-brand engagement, foster a productive working environment, and ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education/and or related field
· 3 years of experience in retail and/or credit card marketing (co-brand / private label)
· Experience in marketing is preferred
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Experience in project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and deliver on-time in a fast-paced retail environment
· Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
· Ability to partner internally and externally to build consensus and deliver results
· Aptitude for detail and accuracy
The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $72,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
