You are a collaborative team player who is results-driven & excels at driving efficiency as a digital media account manager. You’re comfortable managing multiple client accounts as an individual contributor, collaborating with various internal teams to deliver with excellence and grow the relationship. You’re passionate about media strategy development but get just as energized about the tactical level work needed to delight clients with best practice campaign execution.
At UB Media, client experience is paramount and as an Account Manager for our valued brand partners, you’ll help deliver on financial growth goals in partnership with the UB Media sales team by shepherding clients and campaigns from concepting to reporting.
Ulta Beauty is looking for a team player that exhibits strong project management skills as well as knowledge of digital media platforms and retail media networks. This background will allow you to extend beyond client specific support as you identify and implement broader AM process efficiencies.
This is a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with the resources, organizational support and existing vendor relationships of an industry leading retail media network.
YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY:
- Understanding the Retail Media landscape, the changing needs of the CPG community and the shifting consumer sentiment
- Owning the day-to-day business relationship with top tier UB Media partners, leading campaign strategy based on historical performance
- Conveying UB Media’s value proposition and presenting solutions in a compelling, positive and professional manner
- Fostering campaigns from client brief to reporting delivery, using strong project management skills to ensure executional excellence
- Supporting larger client account efforts like annual planning and business reviews, presenting as appropriate to large groups at all levels including Senior Executives
- Partnering with agency and internal (e.g. creative, ad ops) partners to create improved way of working and enhanced processes that drive efficiency
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
- The ideal candidate is passionate about pursuing a career in one of the fastest growing sectors of digital media – Retail Media
- You have a foundational understanding of Digital Media, with at minimum 4 years’ experience in the industry. Minimum of 2 years Account Management experience. Minimum of 2 years Retail Media experience.
- Experience with campaign planning; creating cross-channel online advertising incorporating programmatic, direct-to-publisher display/video, social, promoted listings/sponsored search advertising, as well as a basic understanding of MarTech/AdTech platforms.
- Proven track record of best practice project management and organizational skills including an ability to work quickly with a high attention to detail and comfort with orchestrating many moving pieces at once
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels including strong presentation skills and an aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders
- Extremely responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment.
- Exhibits comfort with media performance reporting including the ability to explain standard methodology to client partners and recommend future strategy based on results

The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $90,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
