Assistant District Attorney III (3 yrs experience)
Seeking experienced attorneys with at least three years of legal experience, including prosecutorial or comparable litigation experience. Candidates should have strong courtroom skills and the ability to independently manage a caseload.
Assistant District Attorney IV (8 yrs experience)
Seeking highly experienced attorneys with at least eight years of legal experience, including significant prosecutorial and trial experience. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, advanced litigation skills, and the ability to handle complex cases.

Qualifications
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- 3 years of recent criminal law experience in
- New York
- Experience in handling domestic violence, child abuse and sex crime a plus
- Strong courtroom litigation and motion practice skills
- Experience with CPL §245 discovery requirements
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy
