Position Responsibilities

  • Create, implement and facilitate training programs that empower our sales team to stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Guide and facilitate sales onboarding programs for new hires, including interns.

  • Become a Uline product expert to provide informed coaching to sales representatives through joint calls, product / competitor modules and sales meetings.

  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with sales management including delivering monthly written training progress updates.

  • Make sales calls in open territories as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5 years of sales management / training experience.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

  • Regular travel within the tri-state area (NY, NJ and CT) and bi-monthly visits to the Boston Sales Office.

  • Demonstrated achievement of key training metrics and effective communication of its impact.
