Position Responsibilities
Oversee your team's data analytics strategy to identify business improvement opportunities and present them to Uline's management.
Direct, develop and mentor the analyst team, empowering them to deliver accurate and insightful analysis and reporting.
Collaborate across departments to execute projects that promote improved business processes.
Review large data sets to find the root cause of performance trends and indicators.
Develop high-quality presentations and reporting to tell a story that captures the "big-picture."
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus.
10 years of data analytics and management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
Some travel to Uline's locations across North America.
