Ulike is seeking an international Brand Creative Director to lead a wide variety of creative projects for the US and EU markets, including online video and graphic ad campaigns, offline activation designs, and brand guidelines development. You must be hands-on and have an international background with proven experience executing creative campaigns from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative productions from the beginning, working with agencies or internal team members on concepting, scriptwriting, storyboarding, production, and final editing.
- Lead creative content campaigns for all official brand channels and ensure overall content structure, video and graphic design, key messaging, etc is in line with brand goals.
- Use customer insights to continuously develop creative ideas that will resonate with the brand's target audience.
- Deeply understand the brand's products and competitive landscape to generate campaigns that can stand out.
- Maintain the highest level of visual quality and brand communication in all assets.
- Review brand materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Manage external suppliers or internal teams as needed.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience leading creative campaigns and projects aimed at consumers in the US or European markets.
- Art-based background, portfolio showing past campaigns for top international brands.
- Team management experience at luxury, beauty, or fashion brands preferred
- Very high proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for video editing and graphic design.
- Native or near-native English, ability to generate creative pitches and work daily in English.
