Description:JOB SUMMARY: Provides training to uLab Systems accounts. The Integration Specialist works with assigned Regional Sales Managers to ensure each account receives proper training on all aspects of the platform with a concentration on driving practice growth, workflow, and utilization of uAssist and uSmile aligners for new and existing accounts. All aspects of training should align with the company’s overall objectives and goals.Requires up to 50% travel based on the needs within the set territory. The Integration Specialist will work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Manager to maximize impact (2x/month scheduled trips).RESPONSIBILITIES:• Utilize provided software tools to track and monitor account activity• Accept and help to resolve incoming account support calls more comprehensive in nature as needed• Strategic territory planning with RSM and Development Specialist to maximize efficiency and growth• Develop follow-up plan for account retention and account recovery within assigned territory• Train and work with offices in person and/or via web-based meetings and telephone• Share best practices to create new and better ways for the Company to be successful• Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives• Manage travel and entertainment budget/expenses as outlined in the uLab Systems Travel & Expense PolicySKILLS:• Ability to identify training needs and engage learner• Enthusiasm for teaching and learning with the ability to adapt to different situations and skill levels• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Strong orthodontic /dentistry background• Must be able to work autonomously as well as with a group• Sense of ownership and pride in performance as it impacts the company’s successInstill trust of the customer and co-workers, gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.• Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances• Ability to work autonomously and manage a variety of projects simultaneously• Possess a positive/winning attitude• Comfortable in a performance-based sales culture focused on revenue growth• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.• Ability to work from home for administrative and other needs as defined by management• Ability to work in patient treatment rooms (including but not limited to dental operatories, universities and other clinical settings)• Available for travel, may include nights and weekend work as necessary• Multi-task time management skills and strong business acumenRequirements:EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:• High School diploma/GED required: Bachelor’s degree or technical dental degree preferred• Minimum 2- 5 years’ experience with orthodontic clear aligner treatment planning preferred• Training experience preferred• Proficient in MS office and databased software; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs systems a bonus
