The Principal is the instructional leader at the elementary school responsible for leading and developing a dynamic faculty who will lead our students to succeed. The Principal will set a powerful vision for student achievement and will strategically implement the school’s mission through effective leadership and management of all stakeholders including faculty, staff, students, parents, and the community. The principal is responsible for managing and overseeing all functions of the instructional program, school environment, and the operational and fiscal health of the school. The principal establishes and sets priorities so that the staff functions as a highly effective team. The principal is an active member of the UUSD Leadership team
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Administrative Services Credential Cover Letter of Introduction Resume Three current letters of recommendation
Valid California Administrative Services Credential Master's degree desired Three (3) years of successful administrative experience desired Minimum five (5) years classroom experience required Knowledge of the laws and rules as they relate to the areas of responsibility required: Bilingual (Spanish) Desired
