Since opening our newest location in October 2016, we’ve become a go-to destination for exceptional dining, featuring twelve hibachi tables, a stunning sushi bar, a spacious patio, and more. Now, we’re looking for someone like you to bring the heat—literally and figuratively—to our hibachi tables!

As a Hibachi Chef at Ukai, you’ll be at the heart of the action, delighting guests with your culinary skills and showmanship. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking delicious hibachi-style meals right in front of guests. - Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. - Maintaining a clean and organized cooking station. - Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. - Upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
