This is a scientific job with responsibility for translational modelling, population PK, PKPD, exposure-response, disease modelling, and simulations in all clinical development phases. With support from the senior pharmacometricians/clinical pharmacologists and the TA lead, the incumbent will be responsible for integrating and analysing internal (and external) data to support interpretation and decision making. Also support clinical pharmacology development program to provide differentiated medicine and the right dose to patients. What you’ll do Accountable for data integration, analysis, and reporting of M&S/ Clinical Pharmacology results at the study level Accountable for developing and maintaining data analytics apps such as immunogenicity and Shiny dashboard to aid project discussions with clinicians Accountable for executing state-of-the-art M&S techniques with direct value for the project Contribute M&S activities to influence clinical pharmacology study designs and go/no go decisions Development of (mechanistic) drug-disease models to support projects within a specific disease domain Contribute to regulatory documents and interactions (written) Presentation of M&S/ Clin Pharm results in internal and external forum Contribute to internal initiatives to develop the pharmacometric discipline including its processes Participation in peer review of ongoing activities, reports and presentations Compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations as well as internal/external guidance’s Essential Criteria Demonstrated experiences in pharmacometrics, including PK, PKPD and/or statistics Strong quantitative skills (e.g. experience in population modelling, understanding of immunogenicity, statistics, systems and translational pharmacology modelling). Ability to execute clinical Pharmacometric activities at a study and project level Basic oral and written communication skills PhD degree in pharmacometrics or clinical pharmacology or DMPK M&S (fresh PhD or Post-docs are encouraged to apply).
