Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mogul at UK Venture Partners. The Mogul will act as a vital connector within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, supporting startups and founders with strategic advice, mentorship, and growth strategies. Responsibilities include identifying and sourcing investment opportunities, fostering relationships with investors, supporting fundraising efforts, facilitating international collaborations, and advancing initiatives for diversity and inclusion. The role will also involve collaborating with accelerators, incubators, and other ecosystem stakeholders to develop impactful programs and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Expertise in investment sourcing, fundraising strategies, and venture capital operations
- Proficiency in mentoring and coaching startups, especially during early-stage development
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills for engaging with investors, founders, and ecosystem partners
- Experience in program development and working with accelerators, incubators, or similar organizations
- Strategic thinking and an ability to identify market trends and opportunities for global collaboration
- Passion for fostering innovation, promoting diversity, and driving impactful change in the startup ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
