Role Description

We are looking for an Architectural Interior Designer specializing in Hospitality to join our team on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, based in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, professional responsibilities will include creating interior design concepts, space planning, drafting construction drawings, selecting FF&E, collaborating with clients to meet brand standards, and overseeing project execution.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their vision, developing design concepts, and managing projects from inception to completion. A passion for design and an eye for detail are essential for success in this position.We need team player for our team who works well with peers and contributes to positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts that incorporate color theory, lighting sales, and spatial planning.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Prepare project budgets and manage costs effectively throughout the design process.
• Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project completion.
• Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Revitt , AutoCAD is preferred for creating visual presentations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and building processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is highly desirable.
