Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional requirements.
- Assist in conducting discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops.
- Translate business needs into clear documentation for technical teams.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the creation of wireframes, mockups, or workflow diagrams when needed.
- Assist with planning and tracking project tasks and deliverables.
- Support project managers and senior analysts in coordinating activities across teams.
- Help ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and technical teams.
- Assist with developing test cases and executing functional testing.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements.
- Document defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Communicate project updates and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
- Support user training and documentation when new systems or features are launched.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or technology-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams
- Basic understanding of business processes and technology systems
