- Perform legal research and prepare memoranda.
- Assist attorneys with contract review and approvals and engage in other transactional matters, including contract review and approval processes.
- Support litigation and other dispute resolution efforts.
- Provide assistance with regard to labor and employment matters.
- Assist with information requests, including subpoenas and FOIA responses.
- Provide informed and expedient advice and counsel related to various compliance and regulatory matters.
- Other duties involving the full scope of work of the Office of University Counsel as assigned.
