The VP, Customer Marketing will lead a large, global team of senior marketers responsible for advocacy, storytelling, executive communities, insights, and lifecycle engagement. As a manager of managers, this leader will build organizational strength and scale through talent development, empowerment, and cross-functional alignment.

As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) reporting directly to the CMO, the VP will also play a critical role in shaping global marketing strategy and execution—helping drive alignment, innovation, and impact across the full marketing portfolio.

What You’ll Lead

  • Organizational Leadership: Build and lead a global, multi-disciplinary team—including senior directors and managers—while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Customer Advocacy & Evidence: Build scalable programs for references, case studies, peer reviews, and customer-led storytelling that support pipeline and brand credibility.
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Partner across Sales, CS, and Product to design programs that drive adoption, expansion, and renewal across key segments and verticals.
  • Executive Communities & Advisory Boards: Lead customer councils, advisory boards, and executive peer forums that deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and generate actionable insights.
  • Content & Industry Storytelling: Define UiPath’s editorial voice across owned channels, executive platforms, and industry media—making automation, GenAI, and agentic systems accessible and compelling.
  • Social & Digital Voice: Lead UiPath’s social strategy and digital storytelling to amplify customer impact and spark conversation across channels.
  • Voice of Customer Insights: Establish mechanisms (surveys, feedback loops, advisory programs) to capture customer sentiment and bring those insights into product, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Leadership Contribution: Serve as a key voice within the MLT, driving cross-functional collaboration, strategic decision-making, and global execution beyond the scope of Customer Marketing.

How You’ll Work Across the Org

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into customer-validated, industry-aligned narratives.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to fuel integrated campaigns with authentic customer stories and lifecycle content.
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales to ensure adoption and expansion programs are embedded into GTM motions.
  • Align with PR, Analyst Relations, and Corporate Comms to elevate UiPath’s market leadership through customer-driven proof and storytelling.

What You’ll Bring

  • 15 years in customer marketing, advocacy, content, or communications in enterprise B2B tech.
  • Proven track record building and leading large global teams, including senior people leaders.
  • Expertise in customer advocacy, executive communities, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong POV on what makes content and stories resonate in a crowded, AI-driven market.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary organizations spanning advocacy, content, and executive programs.
  • Skilled at cross-functional alignment, with the ability to influence Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
  • A passion for amplifying customer success and making complex technology stories understandable, engaging, and business-relevant.

Compensation Range: $300K - $330K
