What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician position at UINTAH BASIN HEALTHCARE?
Assists the Pharmacist by filing physician prescriptions for medications for oral, rectal, topical and injectable use. Always works under the supervision of a Pharmacist. Enters patient demographic and insurance information into the computer system. Enters prescriptions onto patient profiles. Checks patients out at cash register. Keeps Pharmacy clean, neat, organized. Customer service according to Healing Model.
