Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of our custom design projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with our customers, factories, product designers, and sales reps to ensure successful project delivery. You will manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that customers are aware of project timelines and expectations
• Track project progress and communicate updates to on a regular basis to customers
• Manage project risks, identify potential problems, and develop contingency plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, factory partners and designers
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and ensure that projects are completed within budget
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Facilitate project team meetings, and manage project team members to ensure that project goals are met
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Ensure compliance with all project-related policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in-person, on the phone, and through email
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
Preferred but not required:
• Experience as a project manager, preferably in a manufacturing or design environment
