Bowhead seeks a Program/Project/Management Analyst to support the PMA 261 program.

- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- MA/MS degree
- Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
- At least 5 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD Developmental and Operational Test Pilot and, or Test Planning experience desired
- Additional experience in Program Management within a PMA structure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of tools, including but not limited to Power Point and Excel
- Proficiency in iTEST and iREPORT and ability to coordinate Flight Test requirements within the program office’s Integrated Product Teams
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
