BPMO JXNQ Small Arms Landing Page (JXNQ 2026-25023):  

Bowhead seeks to network with individuals currently working at the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division (NSWC-Crane) supporting the JXNQ Small Arms contract which has been recently won.   

Positions available may include:   

• Ammunition Technicians (multiple levels) 
• Systems/Armory Technicians 
• Illustrator (multiple levles) 
• Instructors (Small Arms) 

   

  • Education, experience and certificates required will vary based on individual position requirements.  
  • Previous/current experience supporting Administrative duties at Brooke Army Medical Center is highly desired.   
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language as well as  communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representative, and outside contacts. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. 
  • A valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record may be required for certain positions.  
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check in addition to U S Citizenship is required.  

    Physical Demands: 

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds  
    • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time 
    • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically 

       

      SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
