Senior Logistics Analyst

Senior Logistics Analyst (F3008 2025-):

Bowhead seeks a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the NAVAIR Crew Served Weapons In-Service Engineering activity in Crane, IN. The Senior Logistics Analyst will serve as Maintenance Planner supporting NAVAIR Aircraft Gun Systems.

Responsibilities

Essential functions will include:

• Establish maintenance plans using Slicwave software.
• Conduct all phases of the maintenance planning process.
• Review parts breakdown structures to include part numbers and NSN’s.
• Perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
• Perform Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA).
• Read FMECA reports and determine system functional failures and failure mode.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with more than eight (8) years of experience.
• Experience in Slicwave or Eagle maintenance planning software. Knowledge of maintenance planning guidance, standards, and handbooks. Understanding of product life cycle.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
  
  
  

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
  
  
  

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
