Position Summary
The fieldwork instructor position/s are part of the Department of Educational Psychology in the College of Education. They conduct fieldwork and organization for programs in the Department of Educational Psychology (e.g., BA in Human Development and Learning; M.Eds in Early Childhood Education and Youth Development; and the Early Childhood Alternative Licensure Program; WORDS in IL). The fieldwork instructor organizes field visits for students/teachers, provides supervision and coaching to students/teachers in the field, and coordinates with faculty program coordinators. Field supervision includes coaching, documentation, and assessment. This position is for the WORDS in IL project.Conduct fieldwork (in person and virtual) visits providing coaching and assessments.

Coordinate with Program Coordinators
Collaborate with program faculty and researchers for program evaluation and continued accreditation.
May assist with scheduling and coordinating site visits with schools and teachers
Participate on committees and/or teams as needed and/or assigned.
Design and lead seminars/trainings
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Required travel to schools and community-based organizations in Chicagoland area. Regular overnight travel not expected but may occur occasionally around previously scheduled events Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
