Position Summary
The Graduate Assistant Hourly (Research) supports population health, research,
and evaluation initiatives within Mile Square Health Center. This role assists
with research activities, data collection and analysis, program evaluation, and
administrative support to advance ongoing projects and organizational
priorities. The Graduate Assistant works collaboratively with research staff,
faculty, and program teams to support the development, implementation, and
reporting of research and population health initiatives
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with literature reviews, background research, and information gathering related to population health initiatives and research projects.
- Support research and program evaluation activities including data collection, entry, organization, and basic analysis.
- Assist with preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations related to research initiatives, population health programs, and program outcomes.
- Provide administrative support for research projects including meeting coordination, scheduling, documentation, and maintaining project files.
- Assist with preparation of grant related materials, research documentation, and supporting materials for proposal development and reporting.
- Help track research project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support project management and coordination.
- Assist with compiling information and preparing materials for internal reports, research updates, and program evaluations.
- Support collaboration and communication between research staff, faculty investigators, and program teams.
- Assist with community or stakeholder engagement activities related to population health initiatives or research projects.
- Perform other research or administrative support duties related to research operations, population health initiatives, and evaluation activities as assigned.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
