Position Summary
Work with Department of Pediatrics to update and maintain website.
Duties & Responsibilities
Designs, creates, modifies, and updates web pages. Meets with clients to discuss and understand the goals of the website; helps clients visualize a general concept and framework.
Requests and gathers needed content. Drafts an initial proposal and/or wireframe that includes graphics and text. Creates, embeds, and/or references text, audio, and video web content according to the client’s needs and preferences.
Converts documents to proper web page format. Presents initial concept wireframe to client; continually modifies and consults with client to meet the client’s expectations.
Designs images, banners, bullets, charts, and other graphics to improve the site's appearance.
Maintains web pages including adding, removing, uploading and downloading files; checks web pages for broken links and initiates search for replacement pages. Regularly review and revise content based on departmental updates. Provides ongoing site maintenance, updates, and support.
Provides first-level user support. Assists with computer/technology set-ups as assigned.
