Position Summary
Under the Direction of the Residency Program Director and Associate Directors, performs professional level duties for the Residency Program in the Department of Family and Community Medicine.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Provides support to the Directors of the Family Medicine Residency Program, performing professional support tasks and assisting with budget functions as necessary.
· Determines the eligibility of applicants for programs using established guidelines; refers eligible applicants to faculty for interview determination; establishes interview itineraries for selected candidates; and maintains official records of application materials, ranking information, evaluations, and related documentation.
· Compiles, analyzes, evaluates, and summarizes data and information.
· Assists in coordinating the logistics and activities of the Family Medicine Residency Program.
· Assists with scheduling preceptorships, subspecialties, and educational blocks based on participant interest and faculty/clinical availability, with responsibility for recommending alternatives.
· Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
