About the Role:
UIBS USA is looking for a detail-driven and proactive Construction Project Specialist to support our ongoing projects and site operations. This position plays a key part in coordinating project activities, maintaining critical documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless workflow on site. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational abilities, solid communication skills, and experience in construction or a related field.
Primary Duties:
- Organize, track, and maintain technical and administrative project documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, reports, QA/QC files, and vendor/contractor records.
- Support on-site commercial, financial, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in creating and refining internal procedures to streamline team operations.
- Review, update, and maintain documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Digitize and upload project files in alignment with company standards.
- Develop templates, checklists, and other tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Manage multi-department records while protecting confidential information.
- Oversee document retention schedules and compliance.
- Handle daily office operations and general site administration.
- Manage routine procurement needs such as office supplies and materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and transportation for business purposes.
- Provide flexible support across Project Specialist and General Affairs tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Korean/English bilingual ability is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience within construction or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with construction processes, administrative functions, and general affairs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience in administrative or general affairs roles preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bluebeam or Primavera is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
