About role
As an Agent Product Manager specializing in EBP audits, you'll use our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows specifically for Employee Benefit Plan audit engagements. Your deep EBP audit experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual audit procedures into smart automations—no coding required.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with EBP audit teams to understand audit workflows, ERISA compliance requirements, and automation opportunities
- Design, build, and test AI agents that automate EBP audit procedures including participant data testing, contribution testing, and compliance reviews
- Map out end-to-end EBP audit processes (planning through report issuance) and translate them into automation logic
- Support accounting firm onboarding, training, and adoption of our platform for EBP engagements
- Document best practices specific to EBP audit automation and create user-friendly materials
- Provide feedback to the product team for continuous platform improvement based on real audit scenarios
- Stay current with ERISA regulations, DOL/IRS updates, and emerging trends in EBP audit methodology
What we are looking for
- Required: 5 years of EBP audit experience in public accounting (CPA certification required)
- Experience conducting 15 EBP audits per year (401(k), 403(b), pension plans, health & welfare plans)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA regulations, GAAS, and EBP compliance requirements
- Deep understanding of EBP audit workflows, testing procedures, and common pain points
- Analytical thinker with a passion for process optimization and efficiency
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools—no coding experience required!
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with audit teams and clients
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Bonus: Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or other no-code platforms)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Salary and benefits
- Base salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year, commensurate with experience
