With real revenue, rapid growth, and a massive market ahead, we're now looking for an exceptional Accounting Operations Analyst to join us—transforming how accounting workflows run and setting the automation standard for years to come.
Why this role?
You're not just another process person. As our Accounting Operations Analyst, you'll be the bridge between accounting operations and cutting-edge AI automation. You'll work directly with our founders and forward-deployed engineering team to identify bottlenecks, map processes, and build automated solutions that save our enterprise clients hundreds of hours per month. Your work will directly impact Fortune 500 accounting teams—and you'll see results within weeks, not quarters.
What you'll do:
- Map and analyze complex accounting workflows (EBP audits, revenue recognition, reconciliations, etc.) to identify automation opportunities
- Design and build end-to-end automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and AI
- Deploy production automations
- Create process documentation, efficiency analyses, and ROI reports for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with our engineering team to integrate AI agents into accounting workflows
- Work directly with clients to understand pain points, iterate on solutions, and drive adoption
- Own the automation roadmap for key enterprise accounts
Who you are:
- 2 years hands-on experience building automations with tools like: Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or Python
- Deep understanding of accounting workflows (AP/AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit processes)
- Proven track record of identifying process inefficiencies and quantifying automation ROI
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus)
- Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial drive: you take ownership, push through ambiguity, and love solving complex problems
- Excited to learn AI automation tools and integrate them into workflows
How we work:
- We're founder-led and flat—your ideas and solutions will directly shape our product
- We move fast, joke often, and genuinely enjoy building together
- You'll work alongside both clients and our engineering team—no silos
- Located in Manhattan
- No remote work / only on-site
What you get:
- Competitive salary ($80k–$130k base) early equity benefits
- Direct access to founders and major product decisions
- Opportunity to shape how we deliver automation to Fortune 500 clients
- Front-row seat to the AI revolution in accounting
