Responsible for managing the day-to-day department operations to maintain optimal customer satisfaction and support across UI Health. In partnership with the Director, this position will manage department information processing operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and resource operations.
- Manage information processing operations.
- Manage files.
- Track and manage equipment/supplies.
- Collect data related to staffing resources.
- Manages all calls made to the Absence Call line for the Resource Optimization Center (ROC).
- Strictly adheres to the established absence call workflow and notification process.
- Compiles and prepares data into various reports and dashboards.
- Enters and maintains data elements in defined databases (specifically UKG Kronos and Epic).
- Partners with departmental leadership to implement departmental processes and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any one of the following from the categories below:
- Four (4) years (48 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series.
- Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the fourth level of this series.
