A great UHY client is seeking a Finance Coordinator – Accounts Payable/Receivable to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will focus on managing AP/AR processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of the finance function in a collaborative environment.
The Finance Coordinator – Accounts Payable/Receivable role is a client direct hire position with a hybrid schedule after an initial training period. Finance Coordinator – Accounts Payable/Receivable Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Ensure accurate coding, entry, and reconciliation of financial data
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and payment processing
- Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Finance Coordinator – Accounts Payable/Receivable Requirements
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in AP/AR
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting
