A great UHY client is seeking a Family Office Accounting Manager to join their team to work a flexible part-time position. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, cash flow and 5 years of accounting experience.
The Family Office Accounting Manager role is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position. This is a part-time position.
Family Office Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage cash flow and wire transfers for both corporate and family accounts.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll processing for corporate staff and family employees.
- Serve as the primary liaison with CPAs, bankers, legal counsel, and investment professionals.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across team members to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Partner closely with the President and executive team to address operational needs and support key requests.
- Lead and coordinate critical projects and initiatives to drive organizational success.
Family Office Accounting Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field
- Understanding of basic Accounting and Financial Statements (preferred)
- 5 years of Accounting Experience
- Personal integrity; ability to keep client and personal confidences
- Ability to work independently in a flexible work environment
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written
