We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator / SharePoint Support Specialist to support internal documentation, policy formatting, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is technically savvy, an excellent communicator, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The primary focus of this position will be maintaining and editing existing SharePoint content, formatting policies and documentation, and supporting general administrative functions across the organization. Candidates with prior SharePoint experience are preferred; however, strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems are equally important.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, maintain, and organize existing SharePoint content and documentation
- Format and update company policies, procedures, and internal documents to ensure consistency and professionalism
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, to support daily operations
- Manage document organization, version control, and file management
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams regarding documentation updates and administrative requests
- Support general administrative functions and special projects as assigned
- Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to company formatting standards
- Assist with process improvements and administrative workflow organization
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable learning and navigating technical systems and platforms
- Prior experience working with SharePoint or similar document management systems preferred
- Previous administrative, coordinator, or office support experience preferred

- Experience editing or maintaining SharePoint sites

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
