Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage visitor sign-in & administer parking validations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, filing, and correspondence in collaboration with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Claims & Human Resource).
- Manage & distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including arranging catering.
- 1 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
