Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead for Weekends 12 hours day shifts. Referral Management Clinical Lead (RN,LMSW) has the responsibility of supervising and providing assistance to the Clinical Director with clinical oversight of the Referral Management Clinicians and Nurses. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation.
• New hire orientation, and training of Clinicians and Nurses in workflow processes and procedures.
• Help with team scheduling, filling in for call offs as appropriate, and daily reports.
• Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status

EDUCATION

BSN Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current State License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”). 

Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)

Current Drivers License 

EXPERIENCE

Required 1-3 year similiar work experience Preferred 3-5 year work experience

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.

Mobile assessment experience preferred
