Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Full Time Licensed Therapist to be the lead therapist for a Women's Trauma IOP Program.
Position Summary:
- Facilitate therapy groups
- Completes Psychosocial assessments
- Develops and Maintains patient, program, department and related documentation
- Effectively communicates with patient family or patient social support
- Effective discharge planning skills
- Participates in treatment care planning and helps implement treatment care plan
- Substantial knowledge of Trauma Focused - CBT

Qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or a similar educational degree required. Licensure required.
Licensing: LMSW/LISW Required, Trauma Focused CBT Certification Preffered
Experience: Zero (0) - One (1) year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills. Must have strong clinical assessment skills

Telephone, Computer and software programs, paging system, Audio-visual equipment, Fax Machine, Copy Machine, Physical Restraints, First Aid items, program manuals, and shredder.
