Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a PRN Therapist LCSW (Licensed). Therapist/Social Workers provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to Spring Mountain’s populations.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to Spring Mountain population.
To serve as a member of multi-disciplinary team supporting the hospital’s treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their family members.
Provides social histories, discharge planning, case management and psycho-educational groups to age-specific populations.
- Provides family meetings as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

ABOUT SPRING MOUNTAIN TREATMENT CENTER:
Spring Mountain Behavioral Services has provided mental health services to the Las Vegas community since 2001, treating children, teens, adults and senior adults with behavioral health or addiction issues. We offer a supportive and healthy environment with 24-hour care that allows people of all ages to make positive changes in their lives. Our primary location, Spring Mountain Treatment Center, focuses on the stabilization of acute symptoms for patients age 5 to 65, along with select outpatient care programs for teens. Our secondary location, Spring Mountain Sahara, houses our Adult Outpatient and Senior Adult Inpatient programs.
Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs. We provide a caring and healthy environment that gives individuals a chance to make positive changes.

Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Masters degree in social work or equivalent masters degree in a recognized mental health field
- LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or LADC licensure required in good standing in Nevada State.
- Experience with age-specific inpatient setting preferred
- Experience in taking psychosocial history and case management
- Knowledge of developmental psychology of adolescent and adults and have the capacity to identify pertinent clinical information
- Possess knowledge of clinical issues related to substance abuse patients and their discharge planning
- BLS Basic Life Support certification
- New hires are required to attend 1 full week of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check)
