Michael’s House is looking for a dynamic Full Time Registered Nurse. If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you! Our Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families. This position requires night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Completes health assessment of new clients immediately upon admission according to level of care procedures
• Communicates with consulting medical providers to coordinate care with appropriate medical care as necessary and documents all referrals
• Monitors the storage, distribution, control preparation and dispensing of medication in collaboration with Pharmacy Contractor and Medical Staff
• Prepares the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
• Provides patient education regarding medications
Education/Experience
- Education: College, Bachelors preferred
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience: 5 years working within a medical facility, preferably alcohol and drug treatment/mental health
- Sound knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in work processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, EMR, TIER or similar and Microsoft Office Suite) required
