The Nurse Manager is a key member of the Coastal Harbor Leadership Team who will provide day-to-day nursing oversight for a 145-bed child and adolescent psychiatric facility.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Direct and provide nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process; directly responsible to the Director of Nursing for quality patient care provided to patients in the Facility
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nursing to enhance the quality of the patient care; provide sufficient staffing and schedule personnel according to census and acuity
- Respond to Codes and therapeutically intervene with the patient in crisis

Qualifications
Requirements
- Four years’ employment as an RN in a psychiatric setting in positions of progressive responsibility and leadership
- At least two years in a supervisory and/or administrative role in a psychiatric setting
- Current license to practice nursing in GA (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Current CPR or BLS certification
