Shifts: FULL-TIME NIGHT Shift = Sunday, Monday & Tuesday nights 5:00pm - 5:00am 

Primary Facility Location: 763 NORTH 1650 WEST, Springville, UT

Secondary Location - 4501 N. University Ave, Provo, UT  (must be available to work at either location)

Your Qualifications will include:

• Current license to practice nursing in Utah (or eligible to receive or renew)
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting, but NOT REQUIRED
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older, able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
