The Receptionist facilitates the flow of organization information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Promptly greets patients, visitors and staff who enter facility; makes eye contact with and greets walk-in guests in a pleasant courteous and clear tone of voice
- Provides routine organization-related information to callers and visitors; consistently communicates within boundaries of confidentiality polies and procedures;
- Signs for , receives, sorts, and routes incoming mail, including courier deliveries daily
- Provides back-up clerical support to various departments ; responds willingly and courteously to requests to provide special assistance
