We are looking for a customer service focused Evening Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist must have a professional demeanor, superb communication skills, and etiquette.

Hours and Days Required: 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday thru Thursday

Position Summary

• The Receptionist is responsible for notifying providers of patient arrivals, maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and other clerical duties as required. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors while providing a positive, responsive environment, both in person and while on the phone.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma with patient care experience is required. Post-secondary training or education in related field with experience preferred.
• Previous experience with telephone switchboard systems.
• This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential. This individual must have the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and tact; pleasant and audible speech, with good enunciation; flexibility; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crises or resistant or negative toward organization; ability to remain seated at switchboard for long periods without significant discomfort or distress.
