Summary of Duties
The Patient Experience Liaison / Patient Advocate investigates, resolves, documents and reports organization-specific patient and visitor complaints and concerns to leadership and staff. The Patient Experience Liaison collaborates with departmental leaders in to ensure resolution of concerns presented by patients, families, visitors, or other representatives of the patient. The Patient Experience Liaison actively participates in the development and implementation of customer service and patient relations initiatives related to the facility’s mission and goals.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a health care environment. Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
- Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Quail Run Hospital is a 102-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
