Outpatient Therapist - Per Diem/PRN Opportunity

Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at our 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services to adolescents and adults at our outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle.  Additionally, we offer specialized treatment for active duty military members through our Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment and TMS therapy for chronic depression.

The Outpatient Therapist provides for the delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services. Assists family members and referral sources with continuum of care from the admission process through discharge planning.    

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides clinically sound individual, family, and group therapies within required time frames and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments Complete psychosocial assessment appropriate to patient type and reason for referral to assist team in development of a care plan.
• Actively participate in treatment team decisions.
• Provide quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other Human Service field
• LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred.  Should be actively working towards licesenure.  
• Ability to work at our Okaloosa Outpatient Center located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida 
• Ability to work a variable schedule Monday- Friday.
