- Provide comprehensive care
- Support physicians with value-based care initiatives
- Educate patients on proper utilization of emergency and urgent care services
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate coding, risk adjustment, and quality documentation
- Participate in after-hours and weekend call rotation
- Cover for physicians during leave periods
- Champion coordinated care models for Medicare and Medicaid populations
