Mobile Assessment Clinician - PRN - Day shift

The Brook Hospital Dupont located at 1405 Browns Ln is seeking a PRN Mobile Assessor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities include:

The purpose of this position is to provide level of care assessments and recommendations at the request of facilities that have completed an agreement for mobile assessment services. This position will require a person to be on-call, go to schools or other places to conduct on-site assessments and  work under supervision. This position will work with the requesting facility and facility staff, physicians, nurses, insurance companies and outside agencies.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Required:

This position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral science such as Psychology or Social Work with credentials required per state guidelines.

This position is paid per assessment, other hourly pay, as well as mileage. 

EXPERIENCE:

Required: One year of experience

Preferred: Three to five years of experience
