Position Description:
Reporting to the Director of Medical Staff Services this position coordinates Medical staff functions to maintain Federal, State and other licensing regulatory standards. Coordinates initial appointments, reappointments, proctoring, and temporary privileges, meeting agendas, minutes and follow up. Acts as a resource for administration and the hospital medical staff.
Qualifications
Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years acute hospital experience
- Computer experience
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
- Basic organizational and computer skills.
- Board certification (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist
