  • Develop and execute service line growth strategies, including ambulatory expansion, new program development, site planning, and market growth initiatives that improve access, quality, and financial performance.
  • Partner with Department Chairs, division chiefs, and physician leaders in a dyad model to establish strategic priorities, operational goals, productivity expectations, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Direct department operations, leading strategic planning, operational reviews, and cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, standardize processes, and enhance patient care.
  • Develop and manage departmental operating, staffing, and capital budgets; monitor financial performance, analyze variances, forecast results, and implement corrective action plans to achieve fiscal goals.
  • Monitor key operational, financial, and quality performance indicators, including access, provider productivity, patient experience, labor productivity, revenue, and service line performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with finance, quality, patient experience, access, marketing, physician relations, and other organizational leaders to improve operational performance, referral growth, patient satisfaction, and care coordination.
  • Collaborate with physicians, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to implement organization-wide initiatives that standardize processes, reduce variation, improve operational efficiency, and advance quality, patient experience, and organizational performance.
  • Oversee departmental contracts, vendor relationships, capital planning, supplies, and external agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and effective resource utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, executive leadership, community partners, and referring providers while serving as a visible leader who promotes organizational values, employee engagement, and exceptional patient care.
